With Kliklok Integrated Topload Cartoner (ITC), Syntegon accomplishes all three. The Kliklok ITC makes expert use of the eXtended Transport System (XTS) from Beckhoff to take complete control of the carton. By leveraging intelligent transport technology, the machine consolidates the functionality of three systems – carton forming, product loading and carton closing – into one compact cell. Changeovers can happen on the fly or with rapid tooling changes, maximizing machine throughput and customization possibilities.
