We will also present an advanced preview of our fully modular robotics system, ATRO – Automation Technology for Robotics, for the first time in North America. ATRO allows you to design the robot around your application and implement it in minutes with simple assembly and path teaching. In its PACK EXPO debut, the MX-System will provide a sneak peek of emerging, modular technology for completely cabinetless machine control.
Returning to the show with even greater functionality, XPlanar offers 6 degrees of freedom for diverse processing, packaging and end-of-line applications, enabling non-linear and true lot-size-1 production. The eXtended Transport System (XTS) will showcase its new No Cable Technology (NCT). This provides power and communication for end effectors and other tools directly on the XTS mover.
